Here at Surprize Acres we do blade sharpening as a profession, not as a side line. We are one of the few sharpening companies that test our blades after sharpening to guarantee that they do in fact cut. There is no such thing as a blade that "does not cut well", it is either sharp or dull.
Scissor Sharpening We sharpen scissors to factory sharpness. We are able to sharpen household, pinking shears, surgical and topline scissors including offset scissors. Not only does he sharpen them sharper and smoother than new he also adjusts and polishes every pair. He also tests the hand shears after sharpening to insure they are in fact sharp, and properly aligned. hand shears may be sharp, but if they are not properly aligned they will not cut.
